Monthly or annual, in Australian dollars, including GST. Billing starts only when your organisation chooses a plan at checkout. Nothing starts on its own.

The plans
Pick a size. Pay monthly, or annually with two months free.
One participant credit covers one participant for the month. Included credits refresh each month and do not roll over. On an annual plan the year is paid upfront and the monthly allowance still arrives month by month.

Need an invoice or a purchase order?
Many schools and funded organisations cannot pay by card. Email support@lumoraapply.com with your organisation name, the plan you want and your billing contact, and a person will raise an invoice. This is handled by hand, not by an automated procurement system, so allow a business day.
How the credits work
- Included credits do not roll over. Any credit you have not used when the billing month ends is not carried into the next month.
- Annual plans receive the same monthly allowance as monthly plans, anchored to the date the subscription started.
- Need more inside a single month? Organisations on an active paid plan can buy a one-time top-up of 10 participant credits for A$99 including GST; a top-up is never automatic and its credits last 90 days or until the subscription ends, whichever comes first.
- More than 150 participants a month? Contact us and we will quote it properly rather than guess at a number on a page.

When billing starts
Only when you choose a plan at checkout.
- Nothing on this page takes a card or starts a plan. It is a price list.
- The free pilot never takes a card, never converts into a plan, and simply pauses at the end.
- Billing starts only when an authorised person at your organisation chooses a plan at checkout, reads the exact terms for that plan, and confirms them. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Monthly plans renew monthly until you cancel from the billing portal. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year; cancelling stops the renewal and access continues to the end of what you paid for.
When your organisation decides to subscribe, sign in with the account that manages your organisation and open Continue with Lumora to choose a plan. Checkout is available only to your organisation's authorised billing contacts, and participants never see prices or billing.
Already subscribed? Manage the card, the invoices and the cancellation in the billing portal. The full terms are in sections 6 to 8 of the Terms of Service.
