Many resume tools rely on confusing trials, recurring subscriptions and hard-to-cancel billing. Lumora is built as the opposite: free diagnosis first, then clear one-off purchases only. Here are the six promises, signed.

   The free fix is genuinely free.

   Upload your resume and you get the diagnosis and free fix without entering a card. There's no trial ticking away behind it and nothing to cancel later. Free means free.

2. 2

   Paid packs are one-off.

   Every paid pack is a single charge: you pay once, you get the thing, and that's the end of the transaction. The number on the button is the number on your card.

   No hidden auto-renewal.

   Nothing you buy from Lumora renews. There is no membership hiding behind the checkout and no charge that quietly reappears in four weeks. If money ever leaves your card, it's because you pressed a button that showed the amount.

4. 4

   No fake urgency.

   No fake countdowns, no “offer expires tonight”, no “3 people are looking at this”. If we ever run a real discount, we'll say when it ends — and that will be true.

   If something fails to deliver, we fix it or refund it.

   If a pack doesn't generate or what you paid for doesn't arrive, email us. We'll make it right or give your money back. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

   Your resume is never sold or shared with employers.

   Your resume is used to generate your results — that's it. We never sell it, and we never pass it to employers, recruiters or advertisers.
