You know your own work history. You have answers ready for the obvious questions. And then someone across a desk asks “tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer” and the answer that was crisp in your head comes out in the wrong order, twice as long, missing the ending.

It works, and people finish sessions with useful debriefs. It is also still being improved, and occasionally a browser will drop the microphone mid-session. Restarting fixes it.
It will not flatter you
The feedback is the point. If an answer was vague, it says so. If you claimed something with no example behind it, it asks where the evidence is. That is what a good interviewer does too.

It helps you say what is true, better. It will point out when an answer needs a real example and help you structure one from your actual experience. It never scripts claims you cannot back up in the room.
Do I need to pay for anything first?
