The workflow you would be introducing

Five steps, and your staff only touch the first and the last.

1

You send one link

Your coordinator gets a single invitation link for the cohort. There is no roster to upload and no account to provision. Whatever review or approval your organization requires is yours to run, and we will answer whatever your IT or privacy team asks.

2

A participant uploads their resume

They get a score out of 100 with the reasons behind it, a written diagnosis of what is weak, a cleaner summary and three to five rewritten bullet points, all built from their own experience.

3

They fix it and watch the score move

Applying a suggested fix changes the number by a real amount and says what moved. That loop is what keeps somebody working on the document instead of closing the tab.

4

They practice the interview out loud

A voice interviewer asks questions for their target role or from a posting they paste, listens, and gives a candid debrief on whether the answers actually landed.

5

You get the cohort picture, and we review it together

Participation and completion counts for your cohort, never individual documents. At the end we go through what happened and whether an ongoing arrangement makes sense.

Who this is built for

Three kinds of program, one workflow.

Workforce nonprofits

For teams supporting job seekers

Your participants usually have real experience that their resume does not show: shift work, care work, warehouse, retail, military, volunteering, a trade learned on the job. Lumora reads what is already on the page and rewrites it so a recruiter can see it in the six seconds they actually spend. It never adds a job, a certification or a number that is not theirs, which matters when a case manager has to stand behind the document.

  • Participants can start without an account, so a first session does not begin with a sign up wall.
  • The interview practice runs out loud, which is the part most people never get to rehearse before it counts.
  • Your staff get a workflow to introduce in one sentence rather than a tool to learn.
  • Nobody in your organization sees a participant's resume or documents. That is by design, not a setting.
Vocational and trade colleges

For programs preparing students for work

Students finishing a trade or technical program often have the skill and none of the language for it. Lumora turns what they did in the shop, the lab, the clinic or on placement into bullets an employer recognizes, keeps every certification and license exactly as issued, and then asks them the questions an interviewer will ask.

  • Certifications and licenses are reproduced as the student holds them, never restated as something else.
  • Students practice interview answers for the specific role they are training toward.
  • Works in a single class session: upload, read the diagnosis, apply the fixes, practice out loud.
  • Adults only during a pilot. Participants must be 18 or over.
Community college career teams

For career services with more students than appointments

A career center cannot give every student a full resume appointment, and the students who most need one are often the least likely to book it. Lumora is the first pass: it gives every student a written diagnosis and a rewritten draft before they ever sit down with an advisor, so the appointment starts from a document worth discussing.

  • Every student arrives at an appointment with a draft and a list of what is weak in it.
  • Advisors spend the session on judgment, not on formatting and wording.
  • Interview practice is available to students who will never book a mock interview.
  • You see participation and completion counts for your cohort, never a student's documents.
The pilot

Exactly what you would be agreeing to.

Small on purpose. A pilot that needs a project plan is a pilot that never starts.

Length
14 days, starting the day the pilot is activated, not the day you apply.
Size
Up to 10 participants, all aged 18 or over.
What is included
Resume improvement and interview practice, with no prices shown to participants at any point.
Cost
No cost. No card, no invoice, nothing to cancel.
Getting started
One short online call with Elvis to set it up and answer questions.
At the end
A review covering participation, what your staff and participants found useful, and whether a paid arrangement makes sense.
Billing
None. The pilot does not convert into a subscription, and nothing bills automatically when it ends.

We will discuss what an ongoing arrangement would cost before your pilot starts, so the end of the pilot is a decision rather than a surprise. We are not publishing an ongoing price until we have tested one with organizations like yours.

What we measure

Reported per cohort, never per person.

  • Invitations sent and participants activated
  • Resume improvements completed
  • Interview practice sessions completed
  • Applications submitted or logged by participants
  • Time your staff tell us it saved them
  • What participants told us was useful, in their own words

After the pilot we will also ask, at 30 and 60 days, whether participants heard back or were hired. Anything that comes back that way is self reported by the participant or your staff, and we will label it that way every time we repeat it. A resume score is a reading of a document. It is kept separate from employment outcomes, because it does not predict them.

What we will not claim

Including to your board.

  • × That we can guarantee an interview or a job
  • × That a resume will pass every applicant tracking system
  • × That a score proves an employer will read the resume
  • × Placement or hiring statistics, because we have not measured any

Lumora is a small product and this is an early US pilot program. We would rather you decide from what your own cohort does than from a number we borrowed from somebody else's.

Data handling

Where it lives and who controls it.

Participant data is stored in the United States. Your organization never sees a participant's resume, diagnosis or generated documents: there is no organization-facing view of them anywhere in the product.

Each participant can delete their account and everything in it from their own account page, and it takes effect immediately. When a pilot ends, access pauses and unused credits are revoked, and nothing is deleted, because the work belongs to the person who did it.

Ask about a pilot

Tell us about your program.

Business contact details only. We will reply from Perth, Western Australia, which is UTC+8, so expect an answer overnight your time.

Ask about a free 14 day pilot

Business contact details only. Please do not send us anything about a participant or student: no names, no case notes, no documents.

14 days, up to 10 adult participants, no cost, no card, and no automatic billing when it ends.

For example: Program Director, Career Services Manager, Workforce Development Coordinator.

Approximate is fine, for example “about 80”.

Your program, your timing, or a constraint we should design the pilot around.

Honest answers

Questions people actually ask

What does it cost after the pilot?

We will talk about that with you before your pilot starts, so nobody is surprised at the end of it. We are not publishing an ongoing price yet because we have not validated one with a US organization, and quoting a number we have not tested would be guessing at your budget in public. The pilot itself costs nothing and does not convert into anything.

Who has to do the work on our side?

One coordinator. They receive the invitation link, pass it to the group, and are our single point of contact. There is no roster to upload, no integration, no single sign on to configure, and no software for anyone to install. If your organization has its own review or approval process, that still applies, and we will work to it.

Can our staff see a participant's resume?

No, and there is no way to turn that on. There is deliberately no organization-facing view of participant documents anywhere in Lumora. You see counts for your cohort: how many joined, how many completed a resume improvement, how many practiced an interview. The documents belong to the person who wrote them.

Where is participant data stored, and who can delete it?

In the United States. Each participant can delete their own account and everything in it from their account page, and it happens immediately: the resume text, every diagnosis and every generated document go with it. Your organization cannot delete a participant's account and cannot take their documents. When a pilot ends, access pauses and unused credits are revoked; nothing is deleted, because that work is theirs rather than ours or yours.

Will it write American resumes?

Yes. US participants get American English, US resume conventions, US Letter exports, and interview questions framed for the US hiring process. A qualification earned in another country is written exactly as the participant holds it and is never restated as a US equivalent, because inventing a credential somebody cannot produce is the most damaging thing a resume tool can do.

Does Lumora show salary ranges to US participants?

No. Our salary data is Australian, so the feature is switched off in the US experience rather than shown with numbers that do not describe your labor market. We would rather be missing a feature than confidently wrong about somebody's pay.

Can you visit us?

Not in person. Lumora is run from Perth, Western Australia, which is UTC+8. Elvis will do a short online demonstration and the pilot kickoff call, and we will find a time that works inside your working day.

What happens to participants who want to keep using it afterward?

They keep their account and everything in it, and they become ordinary consumers: the free resume fix and free interview practice stay free, and anything paid is a one time purchase they choose. Nobody is enrolled into a subscription, and no participant is billed because a pilot ended.
